Animal agriculture has been identified as one of the biggest drivers of environmental destruction and climate change. In recent studies, animal agriculture is identified as the central cause of global warming producing a substantial amount of the overall global greenhouse gases (GHG) emitted. It is also a main reason for biodiversity loss and the creation and spread of diseases.
